We keep this simple: we collect as little as possible and only use it to talk to you. This page explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are.

We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect
- Messages and call requests. When you email us or request a call with the booking form, we receive what you send: your name, email address, the time slot you picked, what you sell, and anything else you write. Booking requests are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser and the pages requested for security and reliability.
- Third-party resources. To display the page, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from the unpkg content network. These services receive your IP address when they serve those files.
This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. We do not ask you to create an account.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and arrange a call (steps taken at your request before a possible agreement).
- To keep the website secure and working (our legitimate interest).
- To keep records of our business relationship, if you become a client (contract and legal obligations such as bookkeeping).
Who sees it
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. It is only shared with service providers we need to run the business, such as email, hosting and calendar tools, and with authorities when the law requires it. If a provider is located outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to anything are deleted within 24 months of the last contact. If you become a client, we keep the data for the duration of the relationship and as long as the law requires, for example for bookkeeping.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you,
- correct or delete it,
- restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it,
- give you a copy of it in a portable format.
Email us at eevert@eal-media.com and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
